Dear Mr. Poerio and Ms. Torres:

On February 10, 2003, the Town Council considered your petition requesting relief from the Town regulation which temporarily restricts the floor area of your house.  The Council chose to take no action on your petition.

The Town regulations, which restricted the size of a percentage of the new homes in Parkside II Subdivision, restrict the size of your home for only a one-year period from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.  I understand that expansion of your new home will be allowed after September 27, 2003.
