The Committee on Sustainability, Energy and Environment met on June 5 to consider cost estimates prepared by staff for proposed Green Infrastructure bond projects.   The Committee recommends a funding level of approximately $13.1 million for these projects.  The attached tables have been adjusted to reflect the change in the amount for the proposed Green Infrastructure bond.


The attached tables provide three examples of the many possible project funding scenarios (A, B and C), and the projected debt service requirements in future years for each scenario.  The options vary by how much federal and State funding is received for the transit-related costs of the Town Operations Center. 


Table I (p. 14) shows potential amounts of funding and potential timing for the various projects. 


Table II (p. 15) shows the estimated debt service costs by year that would be associated with the potential funding amounts in Table I.


These Tables are provided as illustrations only.  We recommend the Council make final decisions on the timing and amounts of funding for each proposed project.
