TRANSPORTATION, STORMWATER, NOISE AND LIGHT GUIDELINES

 

 

On July 2, 2001 the Town Council adopted a set of performance standards for development and redevelopment in the Office/Institutional-4 (OI-4) Zoning District.  These standards address impacts associated with transportation, stormwater, noise and light. 

 

The three attached documents represent a common understanding of Town and University officials regarding what will be expected and accepted as fulfilling the requirement of the Office/Institutional-4 Zoning District relating to transportation, stormwater, noise and light.
