A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CLOSURE OF A SECTION OF ROSEMARY STREE RIGHT-OF-WAY (2005-10-10/R-3)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby declares its intent to consider closing up to a 7-foot-wide section of the 45-foot-wide Rosemary Street right-of-way as shown on Orange County Tax Map 7.80A, which said right-of-way is located between the intersection of Rosemary Street and Henderson Street and a point approximately 461 feet to the west of said intersection.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council calls a Public Hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, November 14, 2005 in the Council Chamber at Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, North Carolina to receive public comment on the proposed closing of said right-of-way.
