A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE LAND USE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE REGARDING TEMPORARY AND MOVABLE SIGNS (2005-10-10/R-6)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby schedules a Public Hearing for May 15, 2006 for the purpose of considering amending Chapel Hill’s Land Use Management Ordinance provisions regarding changeable or movable signs.
