A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC FORUM TO HEAR CITIZEN COMMENTS AND INPUT REGARDING A SIDEWALK AND BICYCLE FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION PLAN FOR FY 2004-2005 (2005-10-10/R-7)

WHEREAS, the Chapel Hill Town Council desires to develop a Sidewalk and Bicycle Facilities Construction Plan for FY 2005-2006;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby calls a Public Forum for Monday, November 14, 2005, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., to consider a preliminary Sidewalk and Bicycle Facilities Construction Plan for FY 2005-2006.
