A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT COUNCIL MEMBER(S) TO THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSFER OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS TASK FORCE (2005-10-24/R-12)

WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has requested that a Town of Chapel Hill Council member be appointed to the Orange County Transfer of Development Rights Task Force;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council appoints Council Member Bill Strom to the Orange County Transfer of Development Rights Task Force.
