A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER TO PROCEED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND A BIDDING PROCESS FOR THE HOMESTEAD PARK AQUATICS CENTER (2005-11-09/R-7)

WHEREAS, the Council has approved a Special Use Permit for the Aquatics Center;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council authorizes the Manager to proceed with development of construction documents, to apply for all needed permits, and to seek bids for construction of the Homestead Park Aquatics Center.
