A RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE BRADLEY GREEN PRELIMINARY PLAT PUBLIC HEARING (2005-11-21/R-9)

WHEREAS, on October 19, 2005, the Town Council held a Public Hearing on the Bradley Green Preliminary Plat application; and

WHEREAS, the applicant has been working to reach an understanding with the Town Attorney and staff regarding an affordable housing payment-in-lieu;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Bradley Green Preliminary Plat Public Hearing shall be continued to the January 9, 2006 meeting.
