A RESOLUTION REFERRING A PRELIMINARY 2005-2006 SIDEWALKS AND BICYCLE FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION PLAN TO ADVISORY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS FOR COMMENT (2006-01-09/R-2)

WHEREAS, on January 9, 2006, the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill held a public forum on a preliminary 2005-2006 Sidewalks and Bicycle Facilities Construction Plan;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill, that the Council refers the preliminary 2005-2006 Sidewalks and Bicycle Facilities Construction Plan to the Town Manager for a follow-up report to the Council at its February 13, 2006 meeting.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council that the Town Manager is directed to review the Ephesus initiative proposals and make recommendations to the Council thereon.
