A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES (2006-03-06/R-1)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

a. Nominations to various boards and committees (R-2).

b. Response to Petition Regarding Rusch Hollow Expedited Review (R-3).

c. Consideration of Opening Northfield Drive to Full Vehicular Access (R-4).

d. Change Order for Construction of the Town Operations Center Off-Site Utility Improvements (R-4.1).
