A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE REQUEST FOR TOWN COUNCIL REVIEW OF THE CONCEPT PLAN PROPOSAL FOR THE WESTMINSTER OFFICE BUILDING AND SCHEDULE THE ITEM FOR A PUBLIC HEARING (2006-03-27/R-11)

WHEREAS, the Town of Chapel Hill has received a petition from Ms. Sherry Rucker requesting Town Council review of a Concept Plan proposal for the Westminster Office Building located at the southeast corner of Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Westminster Road;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Town Manager is directed to schedule Town Council review of the Concept Plan proposal, for the Westminster Office Building on a future Public Hearing agenda.
