A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE LAND USE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE TO CONSIDER PROTECTION OF TREES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY AND BANNING CLEAR CUTTING (2006-06-26/R-14)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby schedules a Public Hearing for November 13, 2006, for the purpose of considering amending Chapel Hill’s Land Use Management Ordinance provisions to consider protection of trees on private property and banning clear cutting.
