A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROGER STANCIL AS THE CHAPEL HILL TOWN MANAGER EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2006 (2006-06-26/R-15.3)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby appoints Roger Stancil as Town Manager, at an annual base salary of $147,400 and authorizes the Mayor to execute on behalf of the Town the attached contract for Mr. Stancil to begin services as Town Manager effective September 1, 2006.
