A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR 2006-07 AND AUTHORIZING A VARIETY OF RELATED ACTIONS (2006-06-26/R-16)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and enacts the following ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

(1) Recommended Budget Ordinance for the 2006-2007 Fiscal Year (O-10).

(2) Recommended User Fee Policies for 2006-2007 (R-17).

(3) Ordinance Establishing a Position Classification and Pay Plan Effective July 1, 2006 (O-11).

(4) Ordinance Establishing Salary Increases for Town Employees Effective September 26, 2006 (O-12).

(5) Resolution Adopting 2006-2021 Capital Improvements Program (R-18).

(6) Project Ordinance 2006-2007 Community Development Entitlement Program (O-13).

(7) 2006-2007 Human Services Performance Agreements (R-19).

(8) Project Ordinance for a 2006-2007 Transportation Grant (R-20, O-14).
