A RESOLUTION TO APPOINT COUNCIL MEMBER(S) TO THE DOWNTOWN CITIZENS PARKING COMMITTEE (2006-06-26/R-29)

WHEREAS, on May 8, 2005, the Council adopted a resolution establishing a charge and composition for a Downtown Parking Citizens Committee; and

WHEREAS, the composition of the Committee was to include Council member(s);

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council appoints Council Members Cam Hill and Jim Ward to the Downtown Citizens Parking Committee.
