A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ADVERTISE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A MUNICIPAL FACILITIES SPACE NEEDS STUDY (2006-06-26/R-4)

WHEREAS, the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill, on March 6, 2006, requested that the Town Manager investigate the feasibility of conducting a municipal facilities space needs study; and

WHEREAS, such a space needs study will be a valuable tool in making informed decisions regarding future construction projects, renovation projects and lease agreements;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council authorizes the Town Manager to advertise a request for proposals for a municipal facilities space needs study.
