Tonight, the Council may make appointments to five vacancies on the Historic District Commission, to be effective July 1, 2006.
A recommendation from the Historic District Commission is attached. The Historic District Commission requests that the Council delay appointments of two vacancies so that they can continue to recruit members from the historic districts, architects, or persons with a background in historic preservation.
