A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES (2006-04-10/R-1)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

a. Nominations to various boards and committees (Resolution R-2).

b. Budget Amendment for Additional State Transportation Revenues
(Ordinance O-1).

c. Extension of Siena Hotel’s Lease of Town-Owned Parking Spaces
(Resolution R-3).

d. Agreement Between the Town and the NC Department of Transportation for Reimbursement of Costs Incurred by the Town for Maintenance of Field Traffic Signal Equipment (Resolution R-4).

e. State Energy Office Grant Award (Resolution R-5, Ordinance O-2).

f. Recommend Classification and Pay Changes (Ordinance O-3).
