Tonight, the Council holds a public hearing regarding a request for a Special Use Permit to allow construction of a multi-family development located on the south side of Eubanks Road, opposite the Eubanks Road Park and Ride Lot and adjacent to the Larkspur neighborhood. Tonight’s Public Hearing has been scheduled to receive evidence in support of and in opposition to approval of the application, as the Council determines the appropriate requirements to include as conditions of approval. The purpose of this cover memorandum is to forward my preliminary recommendation to the Council.
I have reviewed and discussed the key issues with Town staff. Based on the information in the record to date, we believe that the Council could make findings required to approve an application for a Special Use Permit.
My recommendation is that the Council adopt Resolution A, approving an application for the Chapel Watch Village Special Use Permit.
