The attached resolution formally authorizes Town of Chapel Hill personnel to execute appropriate documents to enter into banking transactions.
The Town of Chapel Hill has staffing changes from time to time and it is therefore required by banking institutions to provide a new resolution listing the personnel authorized to execute appropriate documents to enter into banking transactions. The attached resolution changes the authorization for any or all of the Town’s bank accounts by deleting the Interim Finance Director and adding the Business Management Director:
