Background:  The attached staff memorandum includes background information on an application from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for a Special Use Permit which proposes an 80,745 square foot university building at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Municipal Drive.

Staff Recommendation(s):  That the Council open and conduct a public hearing to consider the proposal, the Manager’s Memorandum, Staff Report and associated attachments as listed therein.
