Title of Agenda Item: Amendment of Capital Projects Budget for Construction of Sidewalk and Street Improvements
Background: The attached budget ordinance would revise the Town’s capital projects budget to reflect the addition of $200,000 from the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization for pedestrian improvements along NC 86/Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
Manager’s Recommendation(s): That the Town Council enact the attached ordinance to amend the Capital Projects Budget for Construction of Sidewalk and Street Improvements.
