SUBJECT:        Designation of Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the NC League of Municipalities’ Annual Meeting

 

DATE:            September 22, 2003

 

 

The N. C. League of Municipalities’ annual meeting this year will be in Winston-Salem October 12-14.

 

As in past years, the Council may formally designate a delegate and one alternate.  The League has requested that the Town notify the League of our delegates by Friday, September 26.

 

The following resolution would designate a delegate and alternate to this meeting.

A RESOLUTION REGARDING DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE DELEGATE TO THE NC LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES’ MEETING (2003-09-22/R-10 )

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby designates ____________________ to serve as the Council’s voting delegate and ____________________to serve as its alternate to the NC League of Municipalities’ annual meeting October 12-14, 2003.
