SUBJECT:        Designation of Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the NC League of Municipalities’ Annual Meeting

 

DATE:            September 27, 2004

 

 

The N. C. League of Municipalities’ annual meeting this year will be in Raleigh October 24-26.

 

As in past years, the Council may formally designate a delegate and one alternate.  The League has requested that the Town notify the League of our delegates by October 8.

 

The following resolution would designate a delegate and alternate to this meeting.

A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE DELEGATE TO THE NC LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES’ ANNUAL MEETING (2004-09-27/R-18)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby designates Mayor Kevin Foy to serve as the Council’s voting delegate and ____________________________ to serve as its alternate to the NC League of Municipalities’ annual meeting October 24-26, 2004.
