SUBJECT:       Additional Legislative Issue: Support for VIPER System Funding

The attached memorandum discusses the proposed state funding for a new radio communication system to improve public safety radio communications throughout the state.

We request that support for this program be added to the list of subjects for discussion with the Legislative Delegation on March 4.
