SUBJECT:       Designation of Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the NC League of Municipalities’ Annual Meeting

 

DATE:             September 26, 2005

 

 

The N. C. League of Municipalities’ annual meeting this year will be in Hickory October16 through October 18.

 

As in past years, the Council may formally designate a delegate and one alternate. The League has requested that the Town notify the League of our delegates by September 28.

 

The following resolution would designate a delegate and alternate to this meeting.

A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE DELEGATE TO THE NC LEAGUE OF MUNICIPALITIES’ ANNUAL MEETING (2005-09-26/R-17)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby designates                                                                       to serve as the Council’s voting delegate and                                                                            to serve as its alternate to the NC League of Municipalities’ annual meeting October 16 through 18, 2005.
