SUBJECT: Appointment of Town Representative to the Triangle Transit Authority Board of Trustees

Council Member Bill Strom’s term on the Triangle Transit Authority Board of Trustees will expire on November 30, 2005. The Authority has requested that the Council make an appointment to the Board of Trustees (see attached letter).
The new appointment will expire on November 30, 2009
