BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:
a. Minutes of April 24, May 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 2006.
b. Nominations to various boards and committees (R-2).
c. Annual Budget Amendment to Re-appropriate Funds for Prior Year Encumbrances and Other Obligations (O-1a, O-1b).
d. Request to Participate in the North Carolina Local Government Debt Setoff Program (R-3).
e. Removed.
f. Authorization to Enter into Banking Transactions (R-5).
g. Acceptance of Fiscal Year 2006-07 Alcohol Beverage Control Board Funds (R-6) (O-2).
h. Annual Traffic Calming Report and Recommendation (R-7).
i. Response to Petition regarding Coker Hills Crosswalks (R-8).
j. Removed.
k. Project Ordinance for a Transportation Capital Grant Federal Earmark for Bus Replacement (O-3).
