A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES (2006-06-12/R-1)

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

  1. Minutes of April 10, 19, and 24, 2006.
  2. Nominations to various boards and committees (R-2).
  3. Response to Letter from Orange County regarding Council Appointment to Economic Development Commission (R-3).

  4. Selection of a Design Firm for Library Expansion Project and Pritchard Park Improvements.

    1. Selection of a Design Firm for the Library Expansion Project.
    2. Selection of a Design Firm for the Library Expansion Project and Pritchard Park Improvements (R-4).
  5. Dedication of a Revised Sewer Easement within Pritchard Park to the Orange Water and Sewer Authority (R-5).

  6. Presentation of Public Arts Commission Annual Public Art Plan (R-6).

    1. Chapel Hill Public Arts Commission Report and Recommendations on 2006-2007 Annual Public Art Plan.
    2. Recommended 2006-07 Public Art Plan.
  7. Budget Ordinance for a 2003 Transportation Capital and Planning Grant (O-1a, b).
  8. Project Ordinance for a Transportation Capital and Planning Grant (O-2a, b).
  9. Response to Petition on Giving Kiosk (O-3) (to be distributed).
  10. Budget Ordinance to Account for the Sale of a One-Acre Parcel of Town Open Space (O-4).
  11. Draft Southwest Durham/Southeast Chapel Hill Collector Street Plan (R-7).
  12. Purchase Agreement for a Multi-Jurisdictional Purchase of Property Adjacent to Erwin Road and Pickett Road (R-8).
