| Background: The attached staff memorandum provides an explanation of the proposed budget ordinance amendments that adjust and correct various funds including the Grants Fund, Debt Fund, General Fund and Library Bond Fund, Parks and Recreation Bond Fund, Transit Capital Grants Fund, Cable Public Access Fund and the Public Housing Operating Fund. | |||

The proposed amendments affect the various funds as follows: General Fund - net increase of $22,778 Grants Fund - increase of $231,056 Debt Fund - increase of $64,700 Public Housing Operating Fund - decrease of $29,598 Parks & Recreation Bond Fund - increase of $10,000 Library Bond Fund - increase of $242,103 |
