SUBJECT:      Comments from Advisory Boards on the 2005-20 Capital Improvements Program

This memorandum transmits comments from Advisory Boards regarding the 2005-20 Capital Improvements Program.

On March 23, 2005, the Town Council forwarded the Manager’s Preliminary Report on the 2005-20 Capital Improvements Program to the following Advisory Boards for comment:  the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, Chapel Hill Public Arts Commission, Community Design Commission, Greenways Commission, Historic District Commission, Housing and Community Development Advisory Board, Library Board, Parks and Recreation Commission, Planning Board, and Transportation Board.

Council consideration of the 2005-06 Budget and Capital Improvements Program is scheduled for June 27, 2005.

Attached are comments submitted by Advisory Boards.
