A RESOLUTION ADOPTING VARIOUS RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES (2006-03-27/R-1)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council hereby adopts the following resolutions and ordinances as submitted by the Town Manager in regard to the following:

a. Minutes of January 9, 18, 23, 25, 2006.

b. Nominations to various boards and committees (R-2).

c. Resolution Amending Council Calendar (R-3).

d. Proposal to Provide Funds to Install a Play Structure on Property Owned by Pines Community Center, Inc. (R-4).

e. Acceptance of Easements for the Booker Creek Linear Park Project (R-5).

f. Offer to Purchase a One-Acre Parcel of Town Open Space (R-6).

g. Award of Bid for Financing of Vehicle Replacement for the 2005-06 Fiscal Year (R-7).

h. Budget Amendment – Manager Recruitment (R-8, O-1).

i. Resolution Authorizing the Manager for Private Sale of an old “Airport Road” Sign to the Chapel Hill Museum (R-9).

j. Consideration of No Parking Anytime Except by Residential Permit on Round Hill Road (O-2).

k. Request for Expedited Processing of a Special Use Permit Modification Application for the Chapel Hill Bible Church for Park/Ride Terminal (R-10).

l. Response to Petition Requesting Expedited Review of Westminster Office Concept Plan (R-11).
